December 18, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #23 Item Title C-22 Contract between the School Board of Clay County and Sylvan Learning Center Issue/Rationale To provide Supplemental Educational Services (SES) to eligible students as agreed upon in the Student Learning plan (SLP).  Eligible students are those students that have been identified by employees of the Board who meet specific requirements under Title 10, Part C of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. Recommended Action Approve the Contract between the School Board of Clay County and Sylvan Learning Center as approved.
